2018-2019Restoration of the herbal garden has been completed. Two hundred Mahogany trees have been planted. The garden has been further augmented with 250 more trees in 2019
Corridor from main building to Science building has been constructed.

A prayer for the solar panel has been sent to the North Bengal Development Department (NBDD).
Generator has been installed.
Water purifier machine has been installed
Construction of a separate block for girls’ toilet has started.
2019-2020Furnishing of Botany and Geography labs completed.
- Painting of college building and part of boundary wall - CCTV extended to college library.completed.
- Photocopy machines installed in office and library.
A mechanism of solid waste management has been started on the college campus.
Talks have been initiated for the purchase of the Sanitary napkin vending machine.
2021-2022Principal’s room, Library Office have been renovated.
The furnishing of IQAC room has been completed.
Furnishing of Zoology and Chemistry Laboratories have been completed.
Science building brought under CCTV surveillance.
Overhead projector has been installed in Science Building.
Solar panel has been installed. The loading capacity of the solar panel has been enhanced in next year.
A drinking water purifying machine has been installed in the Teachers’ common room.
Trees have been planted within our college premises as part of the observation of World Environment Day on 05.06.2022.
2022-2023Uniform dress code will be started for the students from 2022-23 academic session.
Wi Fi zone for the students has been installed.

2019-2020The Jalpaiguri District Level Youth Parliament Competition was successfully organized under the Department of parliamentary Affairs, Government of West Bengal on November 9, 2019.
An International Seminar on ‘Conjugal Relationship in Society and Literature’ by the Department of Bengali has been organized in collaboration with Centre for Women’s Studies, NBU during March 5-6, 2020
2020-2021Career counselling and Anti-drug addiction awareness programme have been successfully organized by Matelli Police Station in collaboration with Parimal Mitra Smriti Mahavidyalaya on 19.01.2021.
The online class have been conducted throughout the lock down period.

A special lecture on Women’s Rights and Domestic Violence has been delivered by Leena Gangopadhyay, Chairperson, West Bengal Commission for Women on 29.11.2021.
